COAST TO COAST PHYSICAL THERAPY

BRIDGING THE GAP

While Physical Therapists are without a doubt essential in the sports community, many are not trained in sport-specific rehab or strength and conditioning. Both are vital components of rehabilitating an injured athlete or improving a healthy athlete’s performance. As former collegiate athletes, We understand this missing component first hand and make this transition seamless to ensure you are stronger, faster, and more resilient when competition begins.

We specialize in treating injured runners through detailed gait analysis and a comprehensive evaluation to uncover the true root cause of pain and dysfunction.

Our goal isn’t just to get you out of pain, it’s to keep you running.

By combining movement analysis with evidence-based strength and stability training, we help you build a more resilient, efficient stride so you can run longer, stronger, and with confidence.

Return to Sport Testing and Programming
The C2C Earned Return System™ is our end-phase rehabilitation and return-to-sport protocol designed to eliminate hidden deficits before athletes resume full competition.

Using advanced strength assessment technology, we precisely measure force output of key muscle groups — including the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes — to identify limb asymmetries and residual weakness that increase reinjury risk.

Research supports achieving less than an 8% limb asymmetry prior to return to sport. This level of precision cannot be accurately determined through manual muscle testing alone. It requires objective measurement tools capable of quantifying true force production.

Many athletes are cleared based on time from surgery or basic clinical testing. We clear based on demonstrated readiness.

At Coast to Coast Physical Therapy & Performance, return to sport isn’t assumed — it’s proven.

This includes but is not limited to:
